As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed estoy, 8 semanas ya en mi nuevo puesto de trabajo en Motivait. Aquellos de vosotros que me conoc\u00e9is bien sab\u00e9is que estar en un gran equipo es muy importante para m\u00ed. \u00a1Y a qu\u00e9 gran equipo<\/a> de personas me he unido! Psic\u00f3logos ocupacionales, especialistas t\u00e9cnicos, vendedores, desarrolladores de negocios, especialistas en UX, l\u00edderes empresariales … una amplia mezcla de habilidades y experiencia, pero la pasi\u00f3n de mis compa\u00f1eros es impresionante Entr\u00e9 en este negocio motivado y listo para abrazar esta nueva oportunidad y en 8 semanas, estoy inmerso en el mundo del \u201cengagement<\/a>\u201d, encontr\u00e1ndolo enormemente estimulante y de actualidad.<\/p>\n

El Engagement<\/a> es ciertamente un tema amplio y pueden influir en \u00e9l muchos factores, en especial si lo analizamos en el lugar de trabajo. Pero lo fundamental, no se trata s\u00f3lo de encuestas y porcentajes de finalizaci\u00f3n; no es s\u00f3lo ofrecer descuentos y gratificaciones a los clientes que vuelven; tampoco es en servicio gratuito de t\u00e9 y caf\u00e9 para el personal, o tener un cartel en la pared con la misi\u00f3n y conjunto de valores de la empresa. Todo esto puede tener alg\u00fan efecto en el entorno, pero lo m\u00e1s probable es que sea por poco tiempo. Lo que necesitamos es construir una experiencia atractiva y agradable, que genere ese apego emocional o psicol\u00f3gico a una organizaci\u00f3n, un producto, un evento, una marca o una idea, que cree beneficio a largo plazo y conecte a todos los involucrados. La clave est\u00e1 en desbloquear los motivadores intr\u00ednsecos, aquellos que consiguen que las personas hagan las cosas porque quieren, no simplemente porque tienen que hacerlas. Buscamos ese desencadenante que viene de dentro y hace que la gente aporte m\u00e1s de lo esperado, porque est\u00e1n orgullosos de sentirse unidos a algo y quieren ayudar alcanzar un objetivo m\u00e1s grande y ser parte de \u00e9l.<\/p>\n

Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 est\u00e1 causando esta corriente de inter\u00e9s por el engagement?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cada vez es m\u00e1s claro que en el mundo de hoy, repleto de distracciones digitales y equipos de trabajo emergentes equipados con valores en desarrollo, necesitamos un enfoque diferente cuando se trata de impulsar y mejorar el rendimiento.
